About Us

Hi! I’m Erica — but you can call me Titi, my favorite name given to me by my five beloved nieces and nephews.

Growing up, I was the pickiest eater there was. Kraft Mac & Cheese was pretty much it for me! Everything changed when my mom married my stepdad, Tom. His love for cooking became something we shared, and it completely opened my world. From watching Chopped, Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, Emeril, and so many other Food Network shows together, I started getting excited about recipes, cooking, and trying things outside of my comfort zone.

Tom is such an incredible cook that we actually started feeling disappointed when eating out — and that’s when I began stepping into the kitchen myself. From making Gordon Ramsay’s beef Wellington, to homemade pastas and raviolis, to baking cakes, cupcakes, macarons, cinnamon buns, and more… my passion was born. There’s truly no joy like creating something delicious and seeing the smiles it brings to friends and family.

But Titi’s Naples didn’t start as just a business or something fun to do. I believe my life is not my own — it has been bought with a price. I am who I am by the grace of God, and His grace in my life will not be in vain. This business is my way of sharing the love of Jesus Christ with my friends, family, my community, and, prayerfully, the world.
